It is like being in mid-atlantic, in a rowing boat. Cut off from all the media. No newspapers, radio or television. Trying to figure out the state of the world by observing the colour of the waves or the smell of the wind.<\/p>\n
It is nice knowing (rather than guessing) what is happening out there.<\/p>\n

Being stuck out here in mid-atlantic is no fun.
